At Bougie and Bespoke, we take pride in the quality of our curated items. Because many of our products are bespoke or limited edition, all sales are final. We do not process refunds, exchanges, or returns except in the specific instances of transit damage or manufacturing defects as outlined below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is delivered to you damaged or broken, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return due to damage:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Photo Documentation: We require clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to be sent to info@bougieandbespoke.co at the time of your request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Regardless of the circumstances, certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom/Bespoke Products: Personalized items or special orders.
- Personal Care Goods: Beauty products, fragrances, or wellness items (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale Items: All items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.
- Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Return Process
To start a return for a damaged item, contact us at info@bougieandbespoke.co.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
