Thank you for shopping with Bougie and Bespoke. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
- Bespoke/Custom Orders: Please note that custom items require an additional production lead time of 2 weeks before shipping.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bougie and Bespoke is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our EU customers, please note that VAT may be collected at checkout or upon delivery depending on current regulations.
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Bougie and Bespoke is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If you received your order damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to report damaged items to us for a potential return.
- Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
7. International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international transit times can vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country.
